This last week has been great! So me and my companion will be splitting up on the 9th of December. We cover two wards right now, but we are getting split up and taking a ward each and getting new missionaries. So it should be way cool. I hope that I get to go to the first ward area. I like it better. Not to pick favorites or anything:)
Anyways, I have recieved a lot of personal revelation lately. It is awesome what can happen on your mission. Long story short.....We decided we needed to show up to a lady's house to do service for her 15 minutes earlier than we had planned. When we got there her house was smoking and almost on fire. She had forgotten a pot she had left on the stove and we were there to help her. If we had shown up when we had originally planned it would have been too late to help her and she would have been calling the fire department. Crazy...It is just little things like that, that make a mission so great. She is actually an investigator. She is is a funny older lady.
So yeah, it did snow here for a day. It was like Christmas that day because it snowed and we got a brand new 2008 Chevy Malibu!!! It's a prettty pimp ride, I like it. But when we get split up I will most likely be back on a bike, which is fine with me:)
So in our Book of Mormon class we teach on Tuesday nights, we teach 3 chapters at a time and discuss it. We have about 3 investigators come and invite members to come also. Nothing huge, but it is a lot of fun.
You asked me what I would like for Christmas..HHMMM...the highest end Trek bike full-suspension!!haha That would be cool!! Well not much to get for missionaries. Maybe a camelback and some sweet ties. Things that are normally dumb, are cool on your mission. It's funny. The other day we went out with a priest and my companion and I were talking about how sweet our pen pockets on our jackets were. I asked him, "you got a pen pocket in your suit?" My comp said, "yeah dude" and we got all excited. It was funny. Kinda had to be there.(haha) Anyways, my time is going to run out on the computer, so I got to go.
Love you all!!
