Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!

This picture was sent to us by a family from one of Elder Gross' wards the day before Thanksgiving. He had dinner with them one night and they had him sign their missionary memory book, along with taking his picture. The family then e-mailed us and said this...

"Your missionary is working hard and is excited to be here on his mission. Tomorrow(Thanksgiving day) the Elders will be able to participate in a Turkey Bowl and later they will eat at the Elder Quorum's president house. They have a house full of children of all ages so the Missionaries will have a lively meal. Be thankful your son chose to serve a mission. You should be very proud."

This week's e-mail was very short. Elder Gross said he only had a few minutes to read and respond. This is what he said....

We had a fun Thanksgiving day. It was way fun at the Roylances house with all their family. Later in the day we just visited other members. Things are going great. Transfers are coming up and I hope that I stay in 3rd ward. I like it a lot!! I'll write longer next e-mail,sorry. Tell all my friends I said, "Hi!!" Love you guys!!!
